Material Specifications
• Tops, Bottoms, Backs and Unfinished Sides – Ύ” Natural maple melamine
• Exposed Ends – solid wood veneer end panel or applied matching door end panel in Red Oak, Hickory, Birch, Maple, Knotty Pine, Rustic Cherry, Knotty Alder, Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut and Quarter Sawn White Oak
• Wall Cabinets – drilled to receive metal shelf pins
• Wall Shelves – Ύ” thick elegant maple melamine
                             - Cabinets with exposed interiors receive 15/16” thick solid wood shelves
• Base Cabinet Fixed Shelves – Ύ” Natural maple melamine 15 ½” deep cabinet with exposed interiors receive Ύ” solid wood veneer shelves
• Pantry and Linen Cabinet Shelves – Ύ” Natural maple melamine. Pantry and linen cabinets are drilled to receive metal shelf clips for adjustability
• Drawer Boxes – dovetailed 5/8” thick solid maple front, back and sides. Bottoms are Ό” maple plywood
• Toe Kick – Ύ” thick plywood 45degree mitered into all finished ends
• Drawer Slides – Blum Tandem 75lb.  Dynamic 100lb. static weight capacities. Full extension concealed drawer runner with or without Blumotion
• Hinges – Blum clip 120 degree concealed hinges 11/16” overlay

Construction Specifications
• Cabinet sides are glued and then screwed to top, bottom and back. Doors with frames are tongue and grooved together using glue and pins.

Finish Specifications
• Interiors – thermo fused Natural maple melamine
• Exteriors – sanded, cleaned, stained, hand wiped, sealed with catalyzed sealer, sanded, hand wiped, 2nd coat of sealer is applied, sanded, hand wiped and top coated with a catalyzed conversion varnish.  High gloss, Semi-gloss, Satin (standard) and Flat sheens available.
